This man in the picture today is known to the general Gamma populous as “El Plastiques.” Storytime, go. I am sitting in China Palace, local dig for Chineese Buffet, near ‘Staples,’ and Alex says “who is that?” I have no idea, so kind of write Alex off as knowing more people than I do. “I know that guy,” he said. Then he grabs my leg and in a semi-boisterous voice says “that’s plastic man.” DIALOGUE, GO!
| Andy: | Plastic man? Who’s plastic man? | |
| Alex: | From myspace, plastic man. | |
| Andy: | From myspace? What? | |
| Alex: | That guy that comments on your myspace! | |
| Andy: | What are you….ohhhh | |
| Alex: | [looks of excitement] | |
| Andy: | We have to leave, right now. |
Turns out that a few weeks ago, I commented on a myspace and said that the guy, el plastiques [pictured] was made out of plastic. Well, he read it, and being a bodybuilder, kind of took offense to it and sent me an email about how I’m a bad Christian? Well, for your enjoyment, El’ Plastique’s profile.
In other forms of communication and information, I was reading the Grace College Magazine, Alumni edition, when something amazing hit me. Now, I know that this picture of Mr. Goshert being married has been the talk of campus, but good friends, Mr. Goshert is now my hero. Because when you turn the page, you get to read Mr. Goshert’s nickname.
And finally, the least interesting of the entire group.

Josh Placeway, Alex Jones, Corey Drake, Jared Hood, Brandon Cornell, and Andy Clark pose for a photo in their anti-disco apparel during last week’s Skate Night, sponsored by SAB.
Sounding Bored.
