Is That Andy?

Welcome to isthatandy.com. This will be my new blog from here on out, me, being tired of ads and the requirement to ‘log in’ to comment, I’ve decided to start my own blog on my own server. (Yippee, eh?) I’m going to be playing with the layout during the next week or so, so please don’t jump the gun on that.

I plan on officially releasing the site on May 1st, but if you’re reading this, you’re probably one of the select few who get to see it before then. Great job on being awesome.

I’ve imported all of my Livejournal entries [spanning back to when I started blogging on LJ in March 2004] to this page. I need to figure out how to import my xanga posts from this year. Please excuse the random numbers for titles, when I imported my entires, entries without titles just posted the entry number. Eek, oh well. I’m not about to tackle the 699 posts and change all of their titles. Also, some of the images and that such don’t work. Since these are old posts, some of the links are broken [yes, I switched servers a few years ago.] There is no way for me to fix that….Ugh. I just found out that lj specific tags [such as ljuser don’t transfer over. If I used an LJ specific tag, then it won’t appear and the sentance probably won’t make much sense…eek. Sorry.

Like I said, I’ll be changing the layout and [maybe?] getting some sweet plugins soon. Please check back and comment your thoughts.

Edit: Being the nerd that I am, I went ahead and deleted random numbers time. I’m leaving for work. More changes later.

Edit Two: I’ve spent my free time today keying in my entries from Xanga.  Now I’m totally moved over to isthatandy.com, ready to redesign and release!
