What’s up, doc?
February 26th, 2007So, it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I’ve been working (quite a bit) on my latest web project - tenbandits.
Tenbandits is a culmination of ten blogs written by ten different men, linked together through brotherhood, but diversified by interests. (hey, that kind of works, doesn’t it?) Pretty much, it takes ten sweet dudes, encourages them to write, and brings it to one spot online, for people to read, comment, and eventually build a community. It’s going to be awesome.
Right now on 10B, I have comments (sort of) working. Images (first round) are up, and the site is a lot better than it was yesterday, yet alone better than what it was last week, and even better than it was (nonexistent) a month ago.
There are some features that we have, that might be up as soon as this week.
- “related posts” on author pages.
- Error checking on commenting (right now, if it doesn’t say “comment saved” - you’re out of luck
- “My Stories” section - tales of bandits written by bandits
- Merch section
- RSS feeds for posting and comments
- FLICKR area
- and much more…
So, that’s what’s been going on lately for me. It’s becoming spring, and I’m getting antsy. BMX, softball ( and stickball,) and amazing summer living are upon us.
3 days until REO.
6 days until Hand gets that much better.
11 days until 300.
67 days until I am a graduate of Grace College.
Cheers, friends.
